More Info
The Zebra Plant is a tropical plant with classic zebra stripes on deep dark full leaves, and can produce eye catching vibrant yellow flowers in the right conditions. They love bright indirect light, and prefer soil that is always fairly moist. So water when the surface soil is dry and add humidity that mimics their tropical home environment in South America.
Protip: Unlike some humidity loving plants, the Zebra Plant can get a bit of leaf rot when the leaves themselves have water sitting on them for too long. Avoid soaking the leaves when watering. Instead mist lightly, place on a pebble tray, or group with your other tropical plant babies to keep the humidity high.
